Booking Policy
When booking, please be advised to read the "APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL GUIDELINES"
along with the "rescheduling/cancellation policy"

Rescheduling // Cancellation POLICIES
Please arrive to your appointment on time, with your hair prepped
(see Appointment Arrival Guidelines in the "SERVICES" section).

Please be aware that if you are running more than 10 min late to your appointment, you are subject to being rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be applied.

I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the case that 48 hours is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the booked service.
​
Any "no call / no-show" of appointments is subject to 100% of that service cost in order to be scheduled again.
